Introduction: My shop is animal friendly. It is clean and cozy. I have one on one service. I am Historic downtown Kennesaw. Very easy to get to. I have a nice waiting room for customers to wait in or they can shop in the store I am connected to while they are waiting for their babies. Or they can go into the Party Spa and have their childs nails and hair done. I am not far from the mall or movies. I love all dogs. I enjoy seeing the babies strut their stuff after they get their hair groomed. I love making customers happy. I love having my own shop and being able to make people happy.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! I took my dog in for a full grooming. The owner, Peg, groomed her and cut my dog to the tendon on one of her legs. Peg acted like it wasn't a big deal and bandaged up the leg and told me it was no charge. I was about to leave when blood started dripping on my arm from the wound. Peg acted like she didn't want me to look at it and made it sound like it was no big deal. I saw that my dog had a laceration to the tendon and immediately said I had to take her to the vet. Peg offered to pay for the vet bill. So I left. My dog had to have 4 stitches and the bill was $60. Did she pay for it? Absolutely not....I have left her numerous messages and the vet sent her the bill. She doesn't keep her word and I will not go back. This was such a horrible experience....

Peg has been grooming my Bishon for a year. I am always happy with how he looks after he is groomed. Whatever cut I ask for, she always does it perfectly. I drive past several groomers to make sure Cesar has the best.

Peg grooms my mothers Airedale terrier and does an excellent job, he always comes out looking like the dog in the picture! I also take my cur dog (who runs with me every day is gets so smelly) and he smells fresh for the longest time! Both these boys are total babies and they are never scared to go into Peg's shop, so I know they are being treated right. I feel so lucky to have this shop around the corner from me!

I love this place and so does my dog! He gets so excited when we get there that now I am convinced that he tries to get EXTRA dirty at the dog park so I bring him for a bath 😉. They are efficient and my dog always looks GREAT!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Awful service & the "kids" that work the front desk seem to hate being there considering how rude they are! I've taken my dogs a few times for nail trimmings & they ALWAYS have bleeding toes! I called earlier this week to see what time they closed & was told 6pm (also posted on their door). I has ass to drive from Canton to Kennesaw to pick up dogs to get there before they closed. I got there at 5:45pm & they were CLOSED!! How RUDE considering I called to ask their closing time! If they were closing earlier why not tell me when I called????!!!! The customer service matches their facility....NASTY!!!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love dogs and people. So I wanted to something that involved both. I enjoy making people happy. And their animals are their family and if I can make their babies happy, then I make they parents happy. And that makes me happy.

Bath, brush, nails, anal glands haircuts.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I love doing my job. I enjoy grooming all different types of dogs. I let the dogs play and not stay locked in kennels. I have one on one service with all my clients. All of my services include nailgrinding at no extra charge. I will come in early or stay late if I need to. I will even work on my day off if they need a special day. I set my day to what my customers need. My hours are Monday thru Saturday 9am to 6pm. Sunday 10am to 4pm. We are closed on Wednesday. My prices are very reasonable. I always listen to what my client needs and wants done to their babies. Customers service is a priority to me.
