- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair and competitive pricing. Most times our pricing is below competition as we keep a smaller overhead so that each and every one of our clients is addressed and serviced by the owners themselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the customer reaches out to us and we identify the customers exact needs and the location of the property they want serviced. We then ask for a few minutes to look at the property online if possible and provide our exact pricing and availability. Most commercial jobs require us to come on site for quoting.
