- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our clinicians have obtained their masters degree, which included an internship of at least 600 hours. Upon completion of a graduate degree, each clinician participated in a minimum of 3 years working under clinical supervisor and passing a state exam to qualify them to be licensed in their respective disciplines. Currently all licensed clinicians in this practice have been working in the field for 10+ years.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Choosing the right therapist can be a journey. You want to make sure that you and your therapist "click", which is quite beneficial to the therapeutic relationship. Check to see if the therapist you are interested in offers free consultations. A consultation will be aprox. 15 minutes where you can ask about therapy style and hear about the therapist view on how to approach your particular challenge.
