Arlen was great to work with, he took multiple resumes, ideas and cover letters I had done and totally revamped them into a professional quality curriculum vitae ready to be delivered to potential employees. He changed terminology and the summary to really exemplify my qualifications and work ethic. I'm very happy with the outcome. Thanks ArlenSep 6, 2019Verified
I liked the fact that Arlen seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the job that suits my needs. There were other offers of very high quality sounding work..but it seemed like their end goal was to write me an excellent resume, not help me find suitable employment.Aug 28, 2019Verified
I do not have enough words to express my gratitude. Arlen had taken an old and out dated resume and brought it into the future. What a great looking resume, cover letter and thank you letter. His turn around time and professionalism are exemplary!Aug 29, 2019Verified
Excellent service. Within three days of completed resume, I was contacted by a potential employer, and had an interview within two weeks. An interview with a second potential employer was scheduled within three weeks. This is a much quicker turnaround time than when I used my own version of my resume in the past.Nov 7, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $177 for the package (resume, cover letter, Linked-In profile, interview prep). I also offer a Lifetime Resume service for $237. Plus, I will be your resource until you find a job at no additional charge for either product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to talk with customers before I start work. Understanding where they are in this juncture of their life is critical to the employment process. I do not pry, but I try to put myself in their shoes and in the shoes of whoever is going to read the resume. This anticipation helps to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Resumes constantly change - styles, fonts, wording. I read as many as 50 resumes a day to stay current on the latest styles.
