- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the Basic Package for $157 (resume qnd cover letter) the Standard Package for $257 (resume, cover letter, thank you letter, Linked-In profile, and job searching assistance) and the Professional Package at $397, which includes all the previous services plus a follow-up letter, salary or compensation tips, 30-60-90 day job plan and invterview counseling. I will be your complete resource until you find a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consult with the customer to understand their current employment situation and resume needs. Make sure to understand their desires and requirements as to provide the best resume for each individual circumstance. Give a brief overview of my suggestions for their resume. Complete a first draft, which is returned for client overview and consultation. Complete the project to their satisfaction and return all items within the time frame we agreed on. Make myself available for followup questions and interview prep as desired.

BS in Management Corporate training over career, related to recruiting trends and skills. 30+ years in Human Resources. Director of Recruiting in Healthcare / Engineering Multifaced industry experience in resume writing
