- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on if your roof is or is not covered by insurance. If it is, the homeowner is only required to pay the deductible if the insurance claim is approved. If not, the homeowner is responsible for full payment. Our terms for full payment is a deposit to get started and the remaining amount due upon completion. There are many payment options including financing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An inspection is the first step of the process to determine the amount of damages or if your roof is eligible to be covered by insurance. After that, the process is quick and seamless from inspection to the completion of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew is filled with years of experience and certifications to climb and inspect your roof for damages.
