- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on service needed, will talk on the phone, possibly get pictures of needed project/ area, give a verbal estimate and first date available to provide service. Once scheduled for service, an estimate and customer agreement is emailed. Everyone is given an email and number they may call if they have any questions about anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of hands on experience performing pool related and pool table related services.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I take pride in all jobs. Pool table services are typically done within 2-3 hours, depending on service (with the exception of moves). Above ground pool installation is typically done within 5 hours(less for smaller sized pools), oval pools are a 2 day process with about 4-5 hours each day.
