- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different based on the time and requirements of the edit. I disclose everything up front with my clients. I also have special incentive for first time customers and customers that provide referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically receive any and all information that pertains to what the client is looking for and construct a plan where we can accomplish their goals upfront before I begin any work on a project. I place my clients first and aim to please them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked, as an independent filmmaker since 2007. I also have a Master's Degree in Motion Pictures & Television with a concentration in Editing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts. I understand the elements and constructs of telling a story and delivering a message.
