All I can say is AMAZING! Carlos and his techs not only cleaned all windows, including garage, they even repaired a window sill that we did not even know was damaged. They utilized their time well, diligently working almost every moment taking only minimal breaks. I am thoroughly pleased and will use Crystaline Windows again and again and again. I am truly a Satisified Customer!

Crystaline Windows cleaned my windows inside and out for a very reasonable price and good quality. They are a very professional, polite family owned business. They arrived on time with their supplies and went about their business without my supervision. They dealt with three story windows outside and art collection inside. Great job. We have many promotions to benefit our customers for up to 3 stories. All of our window cleaning services include the glass, frames, sills and screens at no addition Price. Our most popular promotion or package is interior and exterior window cleaning for up to 30 Windows for $179.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to know the customers' preferences and inspect the windows and outlay of the home prior to providing service. We conduct ourselves in a professional manner with the determination to convert each customer from a new customer to a repeat customer.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a company in VA Beach for 12 years that provided full scope cleaning service. The windows was always the part I enjoyed most. I moved out of state and while seeking a new means of employment, I figured why do the things I like when I can do the one thing I love. Cleaning windows.
