About
Yoga has been a vital part of my life for over 7 years. My practice helps me grow on and off the mat by making me mentally strong, increasing my emotional intelligence and fearlessness.
I completed my 200 hour classical yoga certification at the Kashi Atlanta Ashram in August 2022. I value keeping a student mentality towards my teaching and my practice by learning and trying various methods of yoga and yoga philosophy.
In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help practitioners deepen their practice. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing the body, mind and soul connection in regards to yoga. It is my hope that each individual who steps off the mat in my class has a new found understanding of their feelings which may include: validation, acceptance, affirmation, reset, love, nourishment or balance.
I offer private or group yoga and pilates classes as well as virtual/zoom classes. I look forward to sharing practice with you!

Kelsey is an excellent yoga instructor! She created a unique yin flow session for my mom's 50th birthday celebration that included many women who had never practiced yoga before. She was incredible responsive, professional, and kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a yoga instructor!

I've had the pleasure of taking classes with Kelsie, and I can't recommend her enough! Her classes are challenging yet incredibly rewarding. She has a unique way of guiding students through sequences that progressively build up to advanced moves, making them feel much more achievable by the time you reach them.

Kelsie is an incredible yoga instructor. Her communication is clear, calm, and encouraging, which makes every class easy to follow and deeply enjoyable. I’ve been taking one on one private yoga classes with Kelsie for the last few months and I’ve seen so much improvement in my practice. She’s kind, helpful, and exudes positive energy. She gives me the best feedback and helps me with simple changes during the practice that helps me feel more comfortable in the poses.
