My session was very refreshing I was able to stay tuned in and focus in previous yoga classes I was always trying to catch up and would lose focus but the instructor stayed right there with me it made feel so good and eagered to continue instead of wishing that it was over surprisingly the time went by so fast and I was ready for more I'm already looking forward to the next season.

Nabin is instructing both myself, someone who hasn't practiced any yoga in 10+ years, and my 6 year old daughter. He is so patient and gentle, even with a child who isn't exactly focused and a dog who is howling from upstairs. He brings an incredibly peaceful energy into my home and I'm excited to continue practicing with him. He is always punctual, communicative, and completely professional. Highly recommend!

I had trained with Yochai once before through Fitspotapp, he came through once again and provided an awesome Yoga experience to our office. The members around the office couldn't stop talking about the class for the entire following week. He came into the office, provided appropriate humor to the members who were a little weirded out by "yogis" and totally came through with an awesome class. I would recommend Yochai to all my friends for private and group sessions anytime. Our office is excited to see him again!
