Jeremiah responded quickly to my request to fix a broken ice maker and explained all that he was doing. He put a quick safe fix on the broken wire that had broken and returned the next day to solder it. He made sure that the door closed without pinching the wire. All in all a great experience for a reasonable price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, we charge $125 for a diagnosis visit. From there, we can price out the parts needed and give a quote for what we recommend next. We are flexible! We pride ourselves in working with our customers and customizing pricing to fairly fit each need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by collecting information about the project over the phone, we will discuss any diagnosis charges if needed, from there we will work to get you on our schedule to come and get your project taken care of!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job and hands on training is the best training! I have 12 years of working with my hands and understanding how things work and I aim to continue learning and growing!
