Nelson did an amazing job and was professional from start to finish. He was punctual, responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He diagnosed extremely high and fluctuating water pressure caused by a failed pressure reducing valve, a ruptured thermal expansion tank, and a leaking T&P valve on the water heater. He replaced the pressure reducing valve, expansion tank, and water heater T&P valve to restore the plumbing system back to safe operating levels. The quality of work was excellent, everything was done neatly, and the pricing was very fair for the amount of work completed. It’s hard to find contractors who are honest, dependable, and take pride in their work, but Nelson definitely delivered. Great communication, great workmanship, and overall a great experience. Would absolutely use Nelson Elite Plumbing Solutions LLC again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done!

Nate is a Godsend to me. I was worried about my washing machine water lines for this upcoming ice storm.
