Excellent work. Very friendly, good communication. Price was great. He completed the garbage disposal install in about 45 min. It wasn’t the most straightforward install, but he was able to make adjustments and get the job done! Will definitely hire again for any appliance installations.

I would rate Rory at NEW FOCUS LOGISTICS ***100 STARS*** if I could. He is the most courteous, skilled, professional I have EVER worked with from Thumbtacks. He called me immediately upon my initial search for a PRO. He was extremely patient when we spoke, he listened attentively to my concerns, had me send him measurements and pictures and basically said, "we've got this". I have had such poor results from contractors in the past; I had almost given up on quality "pros" performing ANY satisfactory job for me. 😒 My wall oven installation was seamless!!!...and I wasn't even home while he installed it (my adult children were). They were equally as excited at his professional and exemplary service! I didn't wait weeks either - he installed my oven the day after it was delivered and right in time for my birthday and Thanksgiving! New Focus Logistics is who you want to call for your Appliance installation. TRUST ME!!!!

Rory was fantastic! After having a full kitchen appliance set delivered by Home Depot, I was unaware that the oven and stove top could not be installed due to the company’s policy. I reached out to New Focus Logistics (on a Sunday), and Rory not only got back to me immediately but he also installed those items that day. He was professional and did a great job at installing both the electric oven and the gas stove top. Highly recommended!!
