Highly recommend New Focus Logistics. The company returned my inquiry request within ten minutes and was able to schedule me within one day of contacting them. Technician kept me updated concerning arrival time on the appointment day. Completed dishwasher installation quickly and was attentive to use floor mats to protect our hardwood floors, disposed of all packing materials, and hauled away old appliance for $25.

Rory did an absolute amazing job with installing my appliance. I had tried to remove my old range vent and was left with a mess. I reached out to new focus logistics and Rory promptly followed up, provided a fair quote, and came over at his earliest availability slot. Rory was a great communicator and flexible with scheduling when my appliance delivery was delayed. He was meticulous with my cooktop installation (new didnt exactly fit the old cut out) and even righted some wrongs with my gas line/valve. I recommend him and would absolutely hire him again.
