Needed my dryer timer replaced, which ended up being a LOT more difficult than I expected due to my unit being wedged in between walls, so I called a pro. Alex arrived FAST and did the job right. They were able to fit me in a day earlier. At first it was at 2pm but they called at 3pm to say the day was running behind and it would be between 5-8pm. I followed up at 5pm and they confirmed I was still on the books. The tech showed up at 6:15 (texted at 5:45 that he was on his way) and worked for an hour on the repair. Fixed my dryer and it is working! Did a great job and thought the pricing was fair for same day scheduling and repair!
