Ward provided an outstanding service when repairing my dishwasher. I had an issue with a leak and a malfunctioning electrical board, and Ward handled both problems expertly. My 'high temp' alarm kept going off in my refrigerator. Ward came early since he had a cancellation, investigated my freezer and then moved stuff around. After discovering frozen items, and thawing it, he discovered something else and fixed it for me. I'm going to keep using him for all my appliances going forward and recommend others to do so

He had an opening the same day i booked the service, and he arrived right on time. He inspected my dryer and completed a stop-gap repair. While i still had to contact another professional to fully resolve my issue, he gave me the info i needed. I’ll definitely call on him the next time i have an issue with an appliance.
