My sister and I consulted with their service for my mother’s 60th birthday party, from the very beginning, their ideas and creativity were very inviting and provided us with a sense of comfort. We were a bit indecisive about the theme and pieces that will compliment our chosen colors but the team was well on target with that. We were communicated with on a daily basis, as we enlisted their service 2 1/2 months prior to the event. Events by Nell was in constant communication, ensuring deadlines were met and additional information ranging from: the details of the cake, the venue, the food catering, the menu for her servers and the birthday lady were all being aligned with her vision. Two weeks prior to the event, we were forced to find another venue due to issues beyond our control; the owner was very understanding, as she needed to reincorporate the decor to now match the new venue. She was patient, accommodating and very flexible. She and her staff arrived on time for the setup, they were professional and fast for the set up, her servers were amazing. At the end of it all, we were completely satisfied, the guests enjoyed themselves - everyone spoke about the decor and the party style for months to come.
