• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Terms and conditions: 50% of the order total must be paid to secure order date/time slot for orders less than $300 30% of the order total must be paid to secure order date/time slot for orders over $300 --The remaining balance of order total must be paid 7 days before your event *Initial payment to secure order time slot is non-refundable* *Any orders made within 7 days of the event has to be paid in full* *Any orders made within 3 days will require a rush order fee which is an additional $100* *$100 Refundable Security deposit is required for any orders that contain a rental* *Rentals must be returned within 24 hours or available for me to pick up within 24 hours, and your security deposit will be returned by Zelle transfer or cash app* *Strike fees (takedown) $75 strike fee before 8 pm $150 strike fee after 8 pm We use top quality balloons, but it doesn't save any OUTDOOR balloon setups from the oxidization from the sun or shrinking from extreme cold, which is beyond our control. Events with no parking that require walking from parking garages or across the street with balloon decor is a $25 fee. Please be sure to check how far parking garages are especially if your event is downtown. Events where parking has to be paid for... Client must pay for parking fee before set up begins Walkthrough or in-person consultation before an event is a $25 fee... (please inform me before making your initial payment about any walkthrough you would like) *No walkthrough fee for customers who are getting party packages* Please be confident of where you would like the decor. Once decor is set up there will be no rearranging or moving it. Especially balloon decor, when it’s set up to look it’s best for your event, and moving it can mess up the pattern, thickness, and length. So please refrain from moving any decor after it’s been set up. If you need to move your event date/time... Please let me know in advance if it’s possible, because days and times can book up fast. There will be no refunds if you decide to cancel your decor for any reason. I am more than willing to move your date and time as long as I have the availability. *All party packages include set up and takedown of items I set up for your event* I will only take down and clean up the items that were set up by Dashing Party Designs! Please keep in mind I won’t be cleaning your entire party aside from our decorations. End time of events is required unless you decide to take down the event and return items within 24 hours or we decide on a day for pick up of the items* By paying the initial payment for your event, you agree to all terms and conditions.
