- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decide to get in my my line of work because mainly by situation of circumstances. I stsared in a restaurant as a dishwasher in high school went on to college and continued to work for the company as a cook. By the end of my college schooling i was made Sous Chef and went on to become the Executive Chef. From there started catering and so forth.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have serviced clients with events that were for business meetings,box luncheons,dinner parties, and parties for two.We also do cakes, cup cakes and gift baskets.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
