Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We have serviced clients with events that were for business meetings,box luncheons,dinner parties, and parties for two.We also do cakes, cup cakes and gift baskets.

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. To describe the three most recent jobs that we have completed. we would have to start by saying that they were all fun and exciting. We recently have done a plated buffet dinner for an insurance company blue cross and blue shield. also there was the time when we did a buffet style wedding reception for about one hundred people, and a plated steak and fish dinner for POS system company.

A. We have a large selection of menu items for any event let us help you pick out some ideas and we always welcome ideas of cilents we special needs

A. How to get the most food for my money.
How to mix and match my menu to get a better deal.

A. We love giving great customer service. We do it with a smile.

A. What is your specialty? My specialty is the catering that I do at that time because your special.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I decide to get in my my line of work because mainly by situation of circumstances. I stsared in a restaurant as a dishwasher in high school went on to college and continued to work for the company as a cook. By the end of my college schooling i was made Sous Chef and went on to become the Executive Chef. From there started catering and so forth.
