- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use the Home wyse web site to get an idea of the standard pricingi have allways been involved in handyman type.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send quote and if customer agree, we make an appointment to go to the home and inspect the job site to make sure quote is correct or needs to be updated and then plan how we will proceed .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved with my father in carpentry from a young age and have been working in comercial building maintenance for 14 years and have worked with builders in new homes.
