We suspected we had an issue with our sewer line and contacted Flash Excavations to diagnose and repair the problem. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The job turned out to be extensive, requiring digging up our front yard and part of our driveway, but they handled everything efficiently and with great care.I was especially impressed with their transparency and their very reasonable pricing for such a large and involved project. I had a great experience with Flash Excavations. I contacted them to get ahead of any potential issues with my sewer line due to tree roots, and Im so glad I did. I spoke directly with the owner, DaShawn Swinson, who promptly scheduled my appointment and was very communicative about his arrival time.The inspection itself was excellent. He had me with him the entire time, walking me through the camera footage and clearly explaining what I was seeing, along with all of my options. He took his time answering my questions and providing estimates, and I never once felt rushed or pressured to make a quick decision.DaShawn was professional, honest, communicative, and prompt throughout the entire process. I have no complaints at all and would absolutely recommend Flash Excavations to anyone needing this type of service.
