He was very thorough and found out the cause of my washing machine problem. I've had the washer 14 years and it cheaper to get another one. He discovered the parts were no longer available. Some other people would have changed a lot of money only to have it break down shortly after. I respect a service person telling the truth.

Responded to my work request within minutes and came the same day to complete the job. He was able to quickly assess why I was not getting hot water in dishwasher and he also replaced my detergent and rinse aid dispenser.
