John repaired my garage and did a fine job. There were no surprises with the cost so that was great.
He was late to arrive. He didn’t clean up after the job. He replaced the machine for my garage as well as the track and left it in my garage. He also left the box from the new device he installed. I expected him to leave the job without a mess for me to clean up.

My only issue with this company is that they didn’t communicate well with me the day of the install.

I get that John and his associates are super busy, but I had to move my schedule around that day to be there for the repair and no one told me that the install would begin an hour later than the window I was given.

But, John made quick work of the issue and solved my problem in under 40 minutes. I needed a new garage door opener and he talked me through the problem and showed me what I needed before he got the door working, again.

I was pleased enough with the quick service that I commissioned him to change out my other opener, even though the 20 year unit hasn’t had a problem, yet. The one he was replaced was the same age and I saw it as a good investment to have John do this job as well.
