We had an EXCELLENT experience with John of Genesis Overhead Doors, he was EXTREMELY professional in repairing our poorly installed system by our builder. He happily and promptly returned to our home to correct an issue. Repairing your garage doors are not just about convenient functionality it is also an issue of security and safety and for that we are so glad we trusted John. If we ever need him again we will not hesitate to call and or refer him to others as he is awesome!

My only issue with this company is that they didn’t communicate well with me the day of the install. I get that John and his associates are super busy, but I had to move my schedule around that day to be there for the repair and no one told me that the install would begin an hour later than the window I was given. But, John made quick work of the issue and solved my problem in under 40 minutes. I needed a new garage door opener and he talked me through the problem and showed me what I needed before he got the door working, again. I was pleased enough with the quick service that I commissioned him to change out my other opener, even though the 20 year unit hasn’t had a problem, yet. The one he was replaced was the same age and I saw it as a good investment to have John do this job as well.

My garage spring had broken and we were unable to manually open the garage. John responded quickly to my request for repair. Although it was after 8pm, he was at my house within half an hour and replaced the parts that was needed and explained how to maintain the garage door to get longevity out of it. John was professional and diligent at his job. In the future, when I decide to replace my garage door with ( because it’s cheap builders grade), I’m definitely going to hire John to do the job. He was honest and fair in his pricing.
