After reading many different reviews on area inspectors I chose to go with Chris. Unfortunately he was unavailable in the 3 day short span of time I needed to have the inspection completed but called back with an opening the next day!! I was delighted!! Unfortunately we were unable to complete the inspection due to the utilities being shut off & had to extend the DD period to complete the inspection the following week. Chris was on time arriving before me for both inspections!!! Very knowledgeable, kind hearted, and provided advice on what needed immediate attention. He answered all calls/texts to questions I had! (Sorry for all the questions btw!) I really felt like he had my best interest at heart considering I’m a single mother buying a larger home. I didn’t want to fall in to a money hole as I did with my first house. I can’t thank him enough!! Thank you Chris!! You have a customer for life. My Realtor was so impressed with your work she also plans to refer your business to all her clients. Thanks again!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my home inspections are individually considered for pricing. Usually the main determination of the price is the square footage of the property.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My standard inspection includes: The roof and roof covering, all exterior walls, electrical systems, doors and windows, structial components, foundation, plumbing, appliances, HVAC System, water heater, showers , bathtub and Toilets and the garage, garage doors and garage openers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Internachi certified inspector.
