- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On thumbtack call our number and our office can help you set up a time. If you need I am always available to take calls. I always have my phone on me when I am out of the office.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked under an apprentice for years, and I have been doing flooring in Georgia for over 10 years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers. It ranges from customers with lots of experience with floor, to someone getting their first floor done. Whether they knew what they wanted or had me recommend something we always finish the job and everyone is really happy.
