We started exploring flooring options long before we were ready to begin our renovation, and Simon and his team were incredibly patient. They brought us sample after sample until we finally found the one we loved. Not only that—Simon secured an amazing deal on the floors. Since our project got delayed, they even stored the flooring for us for over six months at no extra cost.

Once we were ready to move forward, Ximena came to our home, carefully listened to all our preferences, and made sure everything would be done exactly to our satisfaction. On demolition day, both my wife and I had to travel for work, and we had multiple vendors involved whose timelines depended on the floor removal. Ximena stepped in like a true project manager—coordinating contractors, keeping everything on schedule and in the correct sequence, and updating us throughout the entire process.

When the installation was complete, the floors looked amazing. We honestly couldn’t have chosen a better company to guide us through such a big project.

During installation, Israel met with us multiple times to ensure we were happy and that every detail met our expectations. We also asked for help staining our stairs and handrails, which they were happy to take on. Matching stain to engineered flooring is never easy, but they patiently provided several samples until we found the perfect match.

I don’t usually write long reviews, but these guys truly deserve it. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication to customer satisfaction are unmatched. Trending Floors is absolutely a 5-star company. Highly recommended

I had the pleasure of working with Christian at Trending Floors last summer. I purchased a townhome that had hideous, smoke-infused, mismatched carpet throughout the house, and as someone with serious allergies, I needed a durable, hard flooring with minimal smell. I had three different guys come out to give me quotes, and Christian was the most professional and prepared out of all of them. He showed me a wide range of flooring options they offered as well as plush carpet options he came back another to show me samples of. I ended up getting carpet for the stairs and LVP for the main flooring.

The LVP that had a nice warm tone, smooth texture, and comfortable feel. It was priced reasonably compared to other flooring I looked at in stores. It was also very hard to find this specific color as most I came across with a decent thickness were too expensive for me or were gray which I didn't want. Christian was always accessible to answer questions and help get things scheduled FAST! His team came through and did the whole house in two days. I also appreciate Christian's respectfulness as I'd asked that they didn't walk on the carpet with their shoes on, and after stopping by to check on the work, I found that he'd gone upstairs and left his shoes at the bottom of the staircase. That kind of consideration is greatly appreciated.

The flooring turned out really nice and was a definite upgrade from the carpet that was there. I have two dogs who bring in a lot of debris from outside and are still being potty trained, so I needed something scratchproof that could handle accidents. I've already spilled a few things and had no issues cleaning it up. No damage was done to the flooring.

The carpet on the stairs looks and feels great, too. I initially could feel the nail tread when walking on it, but after calling Christian about it, he sent someone over to hammer down the nails right away. I love the carpet but wish I'd gone with the darker color now that the dogs are inside, haha.

I took off 0.5 stars for a few smaller issues:
- The shoe molding paint job was rushed and not done very cleanly, leaving paint on some parts of the floor
- Measuring marks left on the floor that I have been trying to clean off
- Being blamed for a dent/imperfection in one of the planks when I hadn't even moved in or brought furniture into the home
- Multiple spots where the planks were cut too short for the shoe molding to fully go over the top of the plank; it just barely meets at the edge, so you can see a little space and stuff can get into the gaps (this is not the top to bottom space that is natural for the floating floor)

Ultimately, this is a solid company that provides excellent communication and delivers solid work. I would hire them again for future projects for sure.
