i hired barrington to do a radon test because the inspector i had was charging way too much. he gave me some good advice as well on finding the best inspector as my agent scheduled without giving me options. also communicated well and is reliable

Barrington was on top of everything from our first chat all the way to finishing the inspection. He was super thorough, really professional, and gave me some great insights about my property. He helped point out some things I wouldn't have seen, and the good thing is the builder addressed everything in his report, which was awesome. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I never want lose an inspection for $25 to a competitor but if a competitor charges $200 for a full inspection, please remember you get what you pay for.
