Very fair price, excellent prompt service. Kevin did a very thorough inspection. What I like about Kevin is he doesn't leave a single item un-documented. He takes his time to make sure the customer is happy. Will definitely use again!

If you want an honest, competent, And efficient inspection, look no further than ALOHA. Kevin's work and professionalism was outstanding. He really took the time to explain in layman's terms what needed to be done with the house. He was honest and thorough. My lender was extremely satisfied with Kevin's performance as well. Kevin does not nickel and dime customers. He offers radon testing which is really important for homeowners. He realizes that the cost of buying a home can be crippling and he takes all situations into consideration. Kevin was amazing! Absolutely the best inspector I have had the pleasure to come across. He made the inspection an easy process and enjoyable. He was very thorough and even checked for more than the usual inspector would of, without charging you more. Not only did he do his job with a "fine tooth comb", but he also knows how to talk to you and make it as smooth as possible. His personality is definitely the cherry on top!
