Lion Remodeling Specialist did an incredible job painting our entire home from top to bottom. 🎨✨ Their attention to detail with crisp lines and smooth, clean coverage truly brought the whole place back to life. Finding quality craftsmanship that doesn't blow your budget is tough, but their pricing was exceptionally fair for the massive amount of work they tackled. Great experience hiring Lion! Our ceiling collapsed, and our original GC quit the job. It was a relief to find Saúl and his crew to complete the drywall installation and painting. He came out to estimate the same day, gave a quote on the spot, and they started work the next morning. They finished on time (actually, a day early! Which NEVER happens), and we have a beautiful result. I definitely would (and already have) recommend hiring Lion!

I had the best experience with Lion Remodeling!! Saul was upfront and honest about costs, timing and what needed yo be remodeled after my water heater flooded five rooms. Two bathrooms, laundry dry room, hallway, and family room all needed repaired. Lions Remodeling brought the best craftsman to do the tiling, floor repairs, drywall and painting. They even hung new light fixtures for me. They had yo git tge famy room from the framing up because tge beams were rotten under the subfloor. They reframed it, added new joists, put down new subfloor and new flooring. It is so beautiful in that room now. My whole house feels new abd is exa fly as I wished it to be for so many years. I love all of it. They also. Put in a new tiled shower that is amazing!! If you want an honest remodeler/contractor I highly recommend Lions Remodeling!!
The team was awesome punctional professional and ensured I was satisfied all the way through. Also they were very responsive and came same day which was a god send. Would definitely recommend and will use them again going forward.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On the referal of more than 2 people you get 10% discount off of your first project with us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Offer our latest discounts since they change every so often. Sign contract, on the starting date customer needs to pay 50% of the total amount owed of project, pick up materials, starts the process of removing furniture out of the work area, cover furniture, demolition of old flooring, floor prep if any, installation of new floors, get costumers approval up to their satisfaction. Move furniture back, clean work place and lastly collect final payment (50%)
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working as a installer with my uncle he has his own flooring company with more than 25 years of experience till this day and couldn't have a better mentor than him, thanks to him i have my own company.
