- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is affordable. I currently offer 10% discount on multi-service or multi-room paint jobs booked through 2022.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, listen to the customer's needs. Second, stop by for a consultation to understand job and recommended paint type based on area/traffic. Third, provide quote and availability. Forth, once customer approves quote and submits a deposit, the job is booked and paint is ordered. Fifth, complete the job. Sixth, happy customer, happy painter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I have my bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and spent many years in IT and customer service roles, I found true fulfillment in painting projects and woodworking projects. After 10 years of taking on painting and small woodworking projects on the side, I decided to leave my corporate career behind and go full-time as a residential painter. No regrets since.
