- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The line of work sort of found me. I was a medic on an offshore drilling installation in the Gulf of Mexico. They cross train medics to be radio operators and computer operators. I loved the computer experience and quickly gained knowledge, skills, and ability. Eventually I contracted for a company as a computer operator full time and after 6months of working, they suggested I try working in the help desk. The rest is history!

Windows operating system reloads, Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Planning, and Pre-Sales consulting.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you ask several technicians the same questions, you will likely get a range of answers. This doesn't mean any one is incorrect. Technology is a vast topic and there are often multiple paths to resolution.
