We have a big corner lot and mowing with my little electric mower took hours. I contacted Rodney to see if someone could come out within the next week but he was actually available the same day. He did a great job cutting the front and back (and our back yard has some challenging topography) and the price was reasonable. He’s our go to guy going forward.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All first-time mowing/cleanups are billed at our standard hourly rate. Follow-up, recurring visits will be quoted at the completion of the first visit. We provide free estimates for all landscaping installation projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All mowing/cleanups/maintenance work will be serviced directly by Rodney, the owner! You will experience top-notch, quality work and will have an open line of communication with the him via text message. Landscape installations will be performed by our installation crew. Weather we will be performance yard maintenance or landscape installation for you, our mission is always customer satisfaction! We value our customers and we will work until you are happy with the product we provide to you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Easy Green Lawn Care & Landscaping, we know that we are only as good as our pros who are on your property! That's why they are trained to treat your property better than they would treat their own. They know they are held to a Quality Guarantee and if they disappoint you, they will be asked to return to make you happy. Each person involved with our company understands that we are in the customer service business! From the time our trucks leave the shop to the time they return, pleasing our customers is priority one!
