Andres arrived the same day I made my request for two key fobs to be programmed and a new lock installed on my file cabinet. He was professional, friendly and was persistent in getting a difficult lock on an old cabinet to work. He stayed extra hours beyond 5pm to make it work and it did! AND he didn't charge me anymore than he originally quoted. Very honest, hard working and fair. I'd highly recommend Andres for any locksmith job. He gets it done!

My only complaint is the price. I’d be interested to see the cost breakdown of parts vs labor. The tech repaired a stuck ignition key cylinder on my car in 45 mins for $750. Initial quote was for $750 to $900 but I only agreed to the repair after he agreed to a flat $750. He had the part in his vehicle when he arrived and didn’t need to order a part specific to my make/model/year. Online the part costs well below $200. No new key or programming involved. I can’t shake the feeling that I overpaid.

Andres did a great job. He’s very down to earth and we had several great discussions while he replaced 11 of my locks in a new hose we just purchased. He came right away as discussed and even was very accommodating as I had to push the time back twice from our original time. It ended up being a later appointment but he stayed and got the job done! We even had to make a trip to homedepot to get some additional deadbolts and he was kind enough to drive me. I will use Andres again for sure.
