My only complaint is the price. I’d be interested to see the cost breakdown of parts vs labor. The tech repaired a stuck ignition key cylinder on my car in 45 mins for $750. Initial quote was for $750 to $900 but I only agreed to the repair after he agreed to a flat $750. He had the part in his vehicle when he arrived and didn’t need to order a part specific to my make/model/year. Online the part costs well below $200. No new key or programming involved. I can’t shake the feeling that I overpaid.
