Introduction: Bring The Crew provides a boutique like service to each individual client and is 100% woman owned company with a team that offer a sincere appreciation for a healthy quality of life inside of the home. After going through our own struggles with mold and water damage we developed a sensitivity to homeowners suffering daily and not knowing how to help themselves. Indoor air quality affects us all whether we know it or not, and we have made it our mission to safely rid each home of water and mold damage. At Bring The Crew, we stay with the homeowner from the start to finish answering all questions they may have a nd completely ridding their home of all dangerous toxins caused by mold and water damage.

We ended up not going with this company because of the unprofessionalism of one of their project leads. Kandi was amazing to talk to and deal with. She explained they had a $2500 minimum and to make sure even if we didn’t go with them that the company was IICRC certified. However, when the lead came out to my house he did moisture readings on the surface then sat on my couch for 3 hours while the insurance adjuster was there.
He kept pushing for us to redo our floors, and we kept saying unless there was mold in them, really didn’t want to. The insurance came back about $1200 worth of work to start but with the potential for more if mold was found. He called to get started and told me that if we wouldn’t do the floor it wasn’t worth his time. And he had a $3500 minimum.
After working with another contractor who did mold tests and moisture readings IN the walls (not on top), they were able to prove it to the insurance and get it covered. I was not impressed with the lack of professionalism and constant desire to upsell.
