I am so glad I found Fitness 621! This is a great place to make your home gym. It's bright, clean and the staff is very knowledgeable. My trainor John has been extremely helpful and encouraging on my fitness journey. Although working out is sometimes hard for me, he makes it fun and after a few weeks of training with him I felt a difference in my endurance, strength and balance. I recommend Fitness 621 to anyone who is looking to train hard, have fun and be around great people!

I attended a group fitness class with John & a personal training session with Lamare. Both of them were knowledgeable, professional, but still made it fun to work out. They took care to explain the exercises, and pushed me the right amount to hold me accountable to each rep. I highly recommend this space and look forward to working out with them again! ~MSB

Before becoming a member of the Fitness 621 family, I lived a somewhat active lifestyle and received guidance from other professionals in the field. However, John is knowledgeable, goal-driven, and experienced! His relations with each client is tailored to their needs and with true guidance, visions truly come to fruition. I, myself, along with other clients have made tremendous gains, made life-changing lifestyle changes, and value our personal fitness journey. Being an ex-athlete I never thought for a second I’d ever need to work with a personal trainer. Attending Fitness 621 weekly and having John St Luce as a trainer made a total difference for me. His patience, empathy, communication skills, passion for fitness and most of all his interest to assist me with reaching my goal of down 20 pounds was attained.
