- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is vital. Technology is making great strides in the home improvement business, especially in the areas of energy efficiency (and cost efficiency!). From radiant barrier (developed by the US Space Program) to new strides in window film-- keeping up to date helps not only us but you as the consumer. We hold industry specific certifications and have close relationships with our suppliers so that we can bring you the latest information on new and improved products.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide a number of residential general contracting services such as replacement and/or repair of: roofs, gutters, siding, irrigation systems, windows, flooring, sheetrock, insulation, interior and exterior paint, decks, porches, garages, "man-caves", finished basements, bathrooms, kitchens, room additions and much much more. We speciaize in assisting homeowners with their legitimate insurance claims.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Take your time and think about it. We prefer customers to NOT make a hasty decision. Education is vital. Research your project, the options and materials available, costs and possible contractors. Ask for references and follow up on them! Look at other issues besides just cost-- such as follow-through, experience, insurance issues, energy savings and more.
