I had JR come and do an inspection on a condo I was purchasing. He was a little late, but communicated well. Once the inspection was complete, he showed me and my realtor a few things he noticed. I was pleased at the time with all the issues he presented to us. Minor to where I could request some fixes. Now for an update after the fact. The inspector missed a few key things. My outlet in my bathroom didn’t work, somehow missed on the inspection. And the hot water pressure is next to nothing. Somehow missed too. As much as he was thorough with the outside, the attic and inside. I wish I had a chance for a second inspection from another source.
