My first time to have Taylor. She came and did an awesome job on my piano. She made sure I was completely satisfied with the sound and in particular a section on the high end that had been troublesome - she fixed it perfectly for my ears. I loved her professionalism and also felt she was not at all over priced. I will definitely ask her back again next time.
