This was my first time using a cleaning service so I was a bit anxious. From the start, this company was responsive, friendly and professional. The team member arrived a bit early, walked through the home with me, and got right to work. Wow - did she do a great job!!! Very efficient, thorough and focused - left the entire house looking and smelling clean and fresh. I loved the small touches she left with the towels, TP rolls, and kleenex. 🌼 I will enthusiastically recommend Sparkle & Fresh to others and use them again!!! Well worth the very reasonable price. I live in a three-level townhome with three bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths, and I serve as staff to 3 kitties.

Absolutely 5 stars! Will be using them again and again and again! Extremely prompt communication from the beginning and turn around time was amazing! Got home from a very long day and my house was perfect! My son was running around the house saying “mom come look at this”…”mom the carpet had perfect lines” “mom these people were PROFESSIONAL cleaners”…he was 100% correct and I could not have been more pleased. You can tell they took pride in their work and it made all the difference in our home. Looking forward to coming home every two weeks to experience this again!

These are some of the nicest ladies you'll work with! They came in and we did a walk through and then they went to work! They were so kind during the walk through. It was my first time scheduling a cleaning and I felt so guilty but there was no judgement. They cleaned our home so well and we're so kind with all our belongings. I mean my toilet has never looked this clean before! The doors and baseboards are sparkling! Our house smells so good!! They were even kind to my kitty. I cannot recommend them enough! My sister and I are beyond impressed.
