- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the type of task, location, complexity, required tools, and estimated labor time. I have a minimum service charge and offer fair, transparent pricing customized to each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by opening clear communication with the customer and gathering project details. After an on-site or virtual assessment, I explain the labor, materials, and timeline involved. I provide a written proposal with payment terms, keep the client updated during the work, document progress with photos, and ensure the job is completed to satisfaction before final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 10 years of hands-on experience in carpentry and painting, 8 years as a remodeling business owner, and 4 years as a Project Manager for residential construction projects including additions and new builds. I also have 1 year of experience in commercial work.
