Darryl is a true professional with talent. He called to confirm the scheduled appointment and arrived on time. He completed assembling the office desk with adjoining filing cabinet proficiently and expertly (even though the directions were misleading). I had such a fantastic experience with Hand & Hand and can’t recommend him highly enough! From start to finish, everything about the service exceeded my expectations. First off, communication was outstanding. He responded quickly when I reached out, confirmed the appointment, and showed up exactly on time. That alone already made the process stress-free compared to other experiences I’ve had. The real highlight, though, was his skill and professionalism. I had several pieces of furniture that needed assembly (and honestly, the boxes and instructions looked overwhelming to me). He handled everything with ease—organized all the parts, worked methodically, and made sure everything was sturdy and aligned perfectly. What impressed me most was that he didn’t just rush through; he took his time to double-check that everything was level, tightened, and in perfect condition. He even cleaned up all the packaging materials when he finished, leaving the space spotless. Beyond just the quality of the work, his attitude made the experience even better.
