I think I know Jenna really well. She is the one who introduced me to the world of yoga; she is the one who introduced me to a whole different way of eating and of well-being; and she is, among the people that I know, one of the most convinced of the existence of God.
For Jenna, yoga is a means through, as well as an expression of, ones body, mind and spirit. For Jenna, eating is not just eating: It rather is a way to nourish ones body, mind and, yes! spirit. The spiritual journey though the experience of God with every step of life is, for Jenna, simply normal/a given. Jenna really believes in God and she will make you believe in God. Rely on God, for God is your best friend. Give you life to God and allow His will to be your Guiding Light, Jennas credo is.
These three naturally close experiences of life (or ways of living) find in Jenna the most marvelous expression and synthesis.
Grounded, yet not boringly predictable; a knowledgeable nutritionist, yet a person who loves life, food, cooking and knows how to enjoy every bite of living, including that one (or two!) glass of wine here and there; a unique yoga teacher, yet the person that through yoga enjoys also the social part of it, including the opportunity to travel and organize retreats
I think that Jenna is Jenna ultimately because providing empathy is one of her most prominent gifts. She really gets you! When she teaches yoga, or a meditation class, or when she conducts a nutrition consultation she is totally present. She observes you and she feels you. She is a spontaneously holistic soul. By all means
Her radiant smile is a metaphor for love, her life is a message of love itself, a way of living radiantly.
