What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices listed are minimum pricing. If you are getting multiple areas cleaned then there will be reductions in the price. For instance, when having a drive way done, I usually quote for the sidewalks as well. They are not two separate charges. Also, driveway sizes vary, that’s why I like to meet you at your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer at their home to see what specifically they want done. This helps to make sure I am charging the correct price for the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mainly you need practice. There is no specific training.
