The amount of people that came up to us during our wedding and said something along the lines of, “That was the best officiant I’ve ever seen” was immense. James Hamp made the process for finding a officiant that’s non-religious feel like a breeze. Any question I had for him, he responded quickly. His suit I asked for him to wear looked super fresh. He will work with you and make you feel like family. I wouldn’t have anyone else officiate my wedding. I highly recommend him!!

James was amazing as our officiant. He is funny, friendly, personable and once the ceremony was over he was now part of the family. Our guests spoke very highly of James. Absolutely amazing. I got so many compliments and questions on where we found Mr. James. He did an amazing job and many people asked about him once the ceremony was over. They mentioned he told some jokes and really did a great job. Not to mention he has helped with answering my questions and the process for the wedding and the marriage license. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Average Fee varies depending on when your ceremony is and what city it will be held in. Quotes provided include PERFORMING the CEREMONY, all TRAVEL related expenses, assistance in Writing Your VOWS, and PROCESSING your MARRIAGE LICENSE following the ceremony.
If you receive a quote that is lower, please allow me the opportunity to meet or beat it. I am very flexible and considerate. I will do whatever it takes to earn the honor to serve you on your special day. Please ask about special discounts for Active Duty Servicemembers, Veterans, First Responders and Senior Citizens.
Deposit/Payments can be made via Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash App. Cash is accepted for deposits if we are able to meet in person locally when booking your ceremony.
A digital receipt will always be provided for payments/deposits.
Deposits are non-refundable but in certain situations, your deposit can be kept on record for up to 1 year from your original wedding date should unforeseen circumstances arise.
Additional services available are (rates vary):

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the couple has posted their deposit, I will work with the couple...usually the bride (because you know who's day it really is, right? LOL)...to prepare a detailed script of the ceremony so you don't actually need me to attend rehearsal. I will gladly attend but there is an added fee to do so. together, we will make this day your best day ever. I will suggest ideas but the couple has the final say so. It's kind of like Burger King...you CAN and WILL "have it your way."

With over 2.000 weddings performed, you need someone that has "been there and done that" and has the experience to help make your wedding one of the most wonderful and memorable (in the good sense) events of your lifetime.
