- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Quick Consultation You share your event date, location, theme, colors, and any inspiration photos so I can understand your vision. 2. Customized Quote I recommend décor options that fit your style and budget and send over a detailed quote including décor, add-ons, and delivery/setup. 3. Booking & Deposit If you’d like to move forward, I send a secure Square invoice and contract. A 50% deposit locks in your date. 4. Design & Planning We finalize colors, styles, and any custom items. I handle all planning and prep so everything is ready for your event. 5. Event Day Setup I arrive on time and professionally install everything so your décor is picture-perfect before guests arrive. 6. Breakdown (if needed) If your setup includes rentals or backdrops, I return during the agreed-upon window to remove everything.
