- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always, I'm currently working on obtaining another Speed,Agility and Quickness certification and also a Mixed Martial Arts Certification, because it's always great to throw a knee in a bootcamps session while holding something overhead! I'm all about having fun with my craft, more so making sure my clients enjoy it just as much as I do!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
During my youth I grew up around sports and family that were just always active. Naturally I picked up that mentality of always striving for greatness and being better than yesterday! Ever since then it's been my life goal to impact as many Lives as possible in the most positive way a person can!
