The Customer Service Over The Phone & In Person was nothing short of phenomenal.
I called Tech Smart on Saturday afternoon, which was a Holiday Weekend & they actually replaced my Screen on my Cell Phone the exact same day.
the Sales Rep & Service Tech was professional, knowledgeable, kind & as good as it gets.
I will go nowhere else, other than Tech smart, to get all (5) of my family members electronic devices repaired now & in the future. Great job & thank you very much for assisting me.

Phenomenal service. I had come in to get my PS5 fixed. The best part is, that the repair was completed in less then 2 hours where most companies were taking a day or two to fix it. Very customer service oriented people.
