- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and easy to follow. We quote a fixed price per guest for food service, we have fixed hourly rates for all personnel on site for an event and we provide a complete rental item price list which itemizes each rental item and unit cost. Each customer signs a contract with all prices listed and there are no changes during the term of the contract unless the customer adds an item not originally included.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I attend new method classes as new equipment and techniques are developed. I attend seminars to be abreast of new food presentation ideas, themes and color scheme preferences, etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for food and entertaining and input from my circle of friends and corporate professionals urged me to start my own catering business. This was the best decision of my life.
