Eric at Best Version is my go to guy -- I HIGHLY recommend him to anybody considering a contractor! I took a chance on him to do a BIG home reno job. Over several weeks he sanded and refinished 1000+ sq ft of hardwood floors, painted much of my house, and completely redid our kitchen by sanding, stripping, repainting, and adding new hardware + doing the backsplash and installing plumbing. He also worked with some other contractors and even dug me out of some holes they left me in so I could move my family into the new home on time. Every single thing he did was to a high standard and he remained consistent the whole job. Most of all, I found him a CHAMP to work with -- he was fun, good to banter with, and I hired him because I really appreciated the advice and creativity he offered when he first visited. I really trust Best Version -- so much so I've had Eric back in to do more painting, install some lighting, and repair my ceiling after a leak. Guaranteed I'm going to keep calling him back.

I highly recommend you give him a try. I originally needed someone to come and repair parts of my home after a water remediation company came out but had a lot of trouble finding anyone to do the, maybe it wasn’t big enough for them and it really stressed me out but Eric was more than willing to come out and give me a quote and recommendations. He was also able to work within my budget. Everything looks exactly how it was before the damage. Additionally he is extremely responsive, never ghosted and always let us know what to expect with how long the job would take and when he would be out next. I highly recommend this contractor and look forward to working with him on a few other projects around our house.
