Introduction: Hi! My name is Francisco Vázquez; thank you for considering my company for your upcoming home project. After being a new homes residential framer for 8 years, I decided to break off and work independently with my step sons. For the past year, we’ve been building decks, fences, framing out basement rooms, and installing driveway and walkway pavers. Prior to Framing, I worked for a landscape pavers contractor for 4 years. I Subbed out a job to Francisco and his crew by contract to frame a basement in july 2022! He’s quick and on time, He told me the date by when he would finish and finished days before! I went to check out his work and i was amazed in the detail work i saw. I can 100% vouch for his work.

Francisco and team were really great. They did everything we asked for. They worked quickly and professionally. They tore down our existing 12x12 deck and replaced it and built an extension to a platform deck 16x16 within a week. I would highly recommend them.

Francisco and Mario were absolutely amazing to work with - made it very easy to do business throughout the project and helped us go through the County to get the proper permits for the extension. They are so thorough and honest and truly care about their customers!
