FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most projects are priced on a flat fee structure while smaller projects are on a hourly cost plan. The flat fee structure helps maximize on the amount of design hours dedicated to the project without the client constantly incurring more design fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a consultation to view the space and just talk for about an hour. Both the client and I should use that time to see if we are a good fit to work with each other. In this meeting, I will walk through the space with the client. The client will share their goals for the project. Afterwards, I will share samples of prior design projects and allow Q&A from the client. The goal is to move forward with an agreement by the end of the meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have earned a Fine Arts degree in Interior Design. I also have earned a bachelor degree in Business Management that supports the necessary project management related to design projects.
